Changes in Spanish Public Procurement

The parliament has debated public procurement processes in Spain which adapts it to the European directives. The public/private contract partnership is eliminated in front of the concession contract. Public authorities can provide services but under some specifications. The new legislation allows the possibility of the centralise acquisition of drugs and sanitary products.
