Stem Cells Released to Researchers to Develop Innovative Therapies

The UK Stem Cell Bank (UKSCB) at the National Institute for Biological Standards and Control (NIBSC) is releasing its first stem cell lines which will be suitable for development into novel cell-based medicines. The stem cell lines which are quality-controlled under European regulation will be released to researchers who want to bring innovative therapies to clinical trial.
