Department for International Trade Recruiting a Chief Scientific Adviser

The Department for International Trade has launched a recruitment process for a chief scientific adviser who will provide the department with assistance on the technical aspects of trade deals.

Prime Minister Theresa May formed the department last summer in response to Brexit. The adviser’s role will cover engaging with research, development and academic communities to promote the importance of economic growth.
