Dr Patrick Vallance confirmed as new UK Government Chief Scientific Adviser

GSK President of Research and Development, Dr Patrick Vallance, has been announced as the UK Government’s new chief scientific adviser. He will leave GSK at the end of March 2018 to take up his new role, where he will be responsible for providing scientific advice to the Prime Minister and advising the Government on aspects of policy on science and technology.
