James Cartlidge announced as PPS to Health Secretary

Following Jo Churchill’s move to Assistant Whip as part of last week’s cabinet reshuffle, James Cartlidge has been appointed as Jeremy Hunt’s Parliamentary Private Secretary (PPS) at the Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC). Cartlidge was elected in 2015 as the Member of Parliament for South Suffolk, and previously served as PPS to the entire DHSC ministerial team from 2017-2018, as a member of the Public Accounts Commission from 2015-2017, and as a member of the Work and Pensions Committee from 2016-2017.
