Virtual ISPOR 2020 conference opens next week

It is just one week until ISPOR’s virtual 2020 conference goes live.

The Annual ISPOR conference is scheduled to run, in virtual form, between May 18-20 2020, due to the COVID-19 pandemic and necessary global restrictions.

This year’s conference is themed around, ‘HEOR: Advancing Evidence into Action’ and will feature three plenaries and 60 hours of other online content in a variety of formats, including real-time question and answer sessions with the speakers.

The three plenary sessions held across the conference are entitled; “Health Policy—Designing for the Future,”  “HEOR and Clinical Decision Making—Advancing Meaningful Progress,” and “On the Road to Enhanced Cost-Effectiveness Analysis— New Directions, New Milestones.”

In usual conference style there will also be issue panels, workshops, podium presentations, and symposia. All sessions timings are listed in Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) in line with the original venue.

In addition, there will be a special plenary pre-session on May 14, with a keynote address from Mark McClellan, MD, PhD, Director, Duke-Margolis Center for Health Policy, Washington, DC, USA. You can read more about the special plenary here.

The program for the conference is available here and information about registration here.
