Kings Fund event on delivering integrated services at a neighbourhood level

The organisers say:

“At this event we will look at how primary care networks are developing, the national support as they grow, and some of the places that are already exploring these ways of working together, examining how they are working and the impact they are having on the way services are delivered in neighbourhoods.”
